重要提示：请在使用本应用前仔细阅读并充分理解本协议的全部条款。使用本应用即表示您已同意本协议。如您不同意本协议的任何条款，请立即停止使用本应用。

一、协议范围

本用户协议（以下简称"本协议"）是您与启舜远程桌面（包名：com.qiishun.remotedesktop，以下简称"本应用"）开发者之间就使用本应用所订立的协议。本协议适用于您下载、安装及使用本应用的全部行为。

二、服务说明

本应用是一款基于 RDP 与 VNC 协议的远程桌面客户端工具，为用户提供从手机、平板或 PC 设备远程访问 Windows 或 macOS 桌面的功能。本应用仅提供远程连接工具，不提供远程主机、网络带宽或任何服务器资源。

三、用户义务

您在使用本应用时，应当遵守以下规定：

遵守中华人民共和国及您所在地区的法律法规。
仅连接您有合法访问权限的远程计算机。
不得利用本应用从事任何非法活动，包括但不限于未经授权访问他人计算机、窃取数据、传播恶意软件等。
妥善保管您的远程连接凭据（用户名、密码等），因凭据泄露导致的损失由您自行承担。
不得对本应用进行反编译、逆向工程或其他试图获取源代码的行为（开源组件依据其许可证条款除外）。

四、知识产权

本应用的界面设计、图标、文案及非开源部分的代码等知识产权归开发者所有。本应用使用的开源组件（FreeRDP、OpenSSL、OpenH264 等）依据各自的开源许可证授权使用，详情可在应用内"关于"页面查看。

五、免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者就以下情形不承担任何责任：

连接安全风险：远程桌面连接的安全性取决于您的网络环境和远程主机配置。本应用支持 TLS/NLA 加密连接，但因用户自身选择不安全的连接方式或网络环境而导致的数据泄露，开发者不承担责任。
远程操作后果：您通过本应用在远程主机上执行的所有操作（包括文件删除、系统配置修改等）均由您自行承担后果。
服务中断：因网络故障、远程主机故障、操作系统更新或其他不可抗力导致的连接中断或服务不可用。
数据损失：因远程连接中断、文件传输失败或其他技术原因导致的数据损失。
第三方责任：本应用使用的开源组件由其各自的开发者维护，开发者不对这些组件可能存在的缺陷或安全漏洞承担责任。

六、服务变更与终止

开发者保留随时修改、更新或终止本应用全部或部分功能的权利，无需事先通知。应用更新后继续使用即视为接受更新后的功能变更。

七、协议修订

开发者有权根据法律法规变化或产品需要修订本协议。修订后的协议将在应用内公示，继续使用本应用即视为同意修订后的协议。如您不同意修订后的协议，应立即停止使用本应用。

八、争议解决

因本协议或使用本应用引起的争议，双方应友好协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均可向开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

九、其他条款

本协议的成立、生效、履行及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。
本协议中任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行的，不影响其余条款的效力。
本应用的隐私保护政策请参阅《隐私政策》，隐私政策为本协议不可分割的一部分。

Important: Please read and fully understand all terms of this agreement before using this application. By using this application, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree to any terms, please stop using this application immediately.

1. Scope of Agreement

This Terms of Service (hereinafter "this Agreement") is entered into between you and the developer of QiShun Remote Desktop (package: com.qiishun.remotedesktop, hereinafter "this app"). This Agreement applies to all activities related to your downloading, installing, and using this app.

2. Service Description

This app is a remote desktop client tool based on the RDP and VNC protocols, providing users with the ability to remotely access Windows or macOS desktops from phones, tablets, or PCs. This app only provides the remote connection tool and does not provide remote hosts, network bandwidth, or any server resources.

3. User Obligations

When using this app, you shall comply with the following:

Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and your local jurisdiction.
Only connect to remote computers that you have legitimate access authorization for.
Not use this app for any illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to others' computers, data theft, or malware distribution.
Safeguard your remote connection credentials (username, password, etc.). You are solely responsible for any losses caused by credential leaks.
Not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of this app (except for open source components under their respective licenses).

4. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of this app's interface design, icons, copy, and non-open-source code belong to the developer. Open source components used in this app (FreeRDP, OpenSSL, OpenH264, etc.) are licensed under their respective open source licenses. Details are available on the "About" page within the app.

5. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for the following:

Connection security risks: The security of remote desktop connections depends on your network environment and remote host configuration. This app supports TLS/NLA encrypted connections, but the developer is not responsible for data leaks caused by users choosing insecure connection methods or network environments.
Consequences of remote operations: You are solely responsible for all operations performed on the remote host through this app (including file deletion, system configuration changes, etc.).
Service interruption: Connection interruption or service unavailability caused by network failures, remote host failures, operating system updates, or other force majeure events.
Data loss: Data loss caused by remote connection interruption, file transfer failure, or other technical reasons.
Third-party liability: Open source components used in this app are maintained by their respective developers. The developer is not responsible for any defects or security vulnerabilities in these components.

6. Service Changes and Termination

The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate all or part of this app's functionality at any time without prior notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the functional changes.

7. Agreement Amendments

The developer has the right to amend this Agreement based on changes in laws and regulations or product needs. The amended Agreement will be published within the app. Continued use of this app constitutes agreement to the amended terms. If you do not agree to the amended Agreement, you should immediately stop using this app.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement or the use of this app shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent people's court in the developer's jurisdiction.

9. Miscellaneous

The formation, effectiveness, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Please refer to the Privacy Policy for the privacy protection policy of this app. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement.
