1. About This App
QiShun Remote Desktop (package: com.qiishun.remotedesktop, hereinafter "this app") is a remote desktop client based on the RDP and VNC protocols, enabling remote access to Windows or macOS desktops from phones, tablets, or PCs.
2. Information Collection
This app does not collect, upload, or store any personal information. All data is processed locally:
- Connection settings (server address, username, etc.) are stored only in local device storage.
- Passwords are encrypted using the system HUKS (Hardware Universal KeyStore) with AES-256-GCM and stored locally on the device. They are never transmitted to any server.
- Remote desktop session data (display, audio, clipboard, etc.) is transmitted directly between your device and the target remote host, without passing through any third-party server.
3. Permission Usage
This app may request the following system permissions, each used only for the stated purpose:

All permissions are requested dynamically as needed per system guidelines. You can revoke any permission at any time in system settings.
4. Data Security
This app takes the following measures to protect your data:
- RDP connections support TLS/NLA encryption for secure data transmission.
- Passwords are encrypted using the system-level hardware keystore (HUKS) with AES-256-GCM.
- This app does not include any analytics, ad tracking, or user behavior collection SDKs.
- All session data is transmitted end-to-end directly, without routing through developer or third-party servers.
5. Third-Party Open Source Components
This app uses the following open source components. License details are available in the "About" page within the app:
- FreeRDP (Apache License 2.0) — Remote Desktop Protocol implementation
- OpenSSL (Apache License 2.0) — TLS/SSL encrypted communication
- OpenH264 (BSD 2-Clause) — H.264 video decoding
- RdpGamepad (MIT License) — Virtual gamepad over RDP DVC channel (Microsoft)
- ViGEmBus (BSD 3-Clause) — Virtual gamepad emulation bus driver (Nefarius)
These components do not connect to any third-party servers. All data is transmitted exclusively within the RDP session between your device and the target remote host.
6. Protection of Minors
This app is a general-purpose utility and does not collect any personal information from minors. If you are a minor, please use this app under the guidance of a legal guardian.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy due to changes in laws, regulations, or product features. Updated policies will be published within the app. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
